We could not have the fair without the help of our corporate sponsors. Please be sure to tell them you appreciate their support of the fair.
1. Safety belt and approved dot helmet, goggles, or face shields are required.
2. No deliberate hitting of driver's door.
3. Car must have dependable brakes at all times and boundaries must be observed.
4. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED ON FAIRGROUNDS.
Anyone under the influence of illegal substances will be escorted off the premises and subject to arrest.
5. Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas.
6. A car will be disqualified if any door comes open during the event.
7. One-minute limit is enforced by the track officials for restarts and making
competitive contact with another vehicle. Hits must be Aggressive! Simple contacts within the time limit does not constitute combat and could be considered sandbagging.
8. $100.00 protest fee is required to contest another person's vehicle.
9. A fire extinguisher is recommended at close reach in driver's compartment.
10. No Profanity will be tolerated by any of the officials or by anyone involved in the event. Once a decision is made, the decision is final and will not be changed.
11. All rule changes made on day of the derby hold preference to these listed.
12. All cars must pass inspection prior to running in derby; ALL CARS ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER EVENT! ANY RULE VIOLATION IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION, AND OR LOSS OF ANY WINNINGS!
